Please keep in mind that we want to be considerate of our time. There is a 5-minute grace period for all services, the service(s) you are provided will be as efficient and performed in a timely matter. In addition, this is your "me time" and your moment to shine, please do not bring any extra guest unless they are scheduled for service.
As per you our company policy, we require advance of the retainer for completing all scheduling appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please request cancellation at least 24-hour notice, retainer will be credited towards your next visit. We deeply understand things may come up to where you may be running behind. Life happens! There is a grace period of 5 minutes for your scheduled appointment. For Lateness of beyond the grace period there will be a $25.00 late fee charged to your card of file.
